LET’S WORK TOGETHER

Nutrition doesn’t have to be perfect to make a meaningful difference in your health.

I provide individualized nutrition counseling for adults and athletes who want practical, evidence-based guidance that fits into their actual lives. Whether you're looking to improve your blood sugar, support heart health, fuel an active lifestyle, build more balanced meals, or simply feel more confident about what to eat, we’ll work together to create a plan that feels realistic and sustainable.

My approach is supportive, flexible, and focused on helping you understand the “why” behind your nutrition—not handing you another rigid set of food rules.

WHO I HELP

A young football player in a yellow jersey, black shorts, and a helmet holds a football on a grassy field during a game. Spectators sit in bleachers and stand behind a fence in the background.

Nutrition is one of the most powerful performance tools available. Through individualized sports nutrition counseling and Athleats Academy, I help athletes fuel for training, competition, recovery, growth, and long-term success.

Whether you're preparing for your next season or looking to gain a competitive edge, you'll learn exactly how to fuel your body to perform at its best.

Student Athletes

Whether your goal is improving energy, managing a medical condition, losing weight, or simply creating healthier habits, nutrition should feel achievable—not overwhelming.

I provide personalized nutrition counseling that meets you where you are and helps you build sustainable habits for long-term health.

Individuals & Active Adults

Healthy habits can be hard to maintain when your schedule is packed.

I work with busy professionals to create realistic nutrition strategies that support energy, focus, performance, and overall well-being—even during demanding workweeks. From meal planning to stress eating to building routines that actually stick, I help make nutrition simpler and more sustainable.

Nutrition counseling may include support for:

  • Heart health and high cholesterol

  • High blood pressure

  • Prediabetes and blood sugar management

  • Type 2 diabetes nutrition

  • Sports and performance nutrition

  • Nutrition for high school and college athletes

  • Nutrition for active adults

  • Women’s nutrition and wellness

  • Healthy weight management

  • Building balanced meals and snacks

  • Meal planning and grocery strategies

  • Improving energy and fueling throughout the day

  • Nutrition before, during, and after exercise

  • General wellness and preventative nutrition

  • Developing a healthier, more confident approach to everyday food choices

You do not need to have a specific diagnosis to benefit from working with a dietitian. Many clients simply want professional guidance, accountability, and a personalized plan instead of trying to sort through conflicting nutrition information on their own.

What We’ll Work On

Your nutrition plan will be based on your health history, lifestyle, schedule, food preferences, activity level, goals, and any relevant lab work or recommendations from your healthcare team.

Depending on your needs, sessions may include:

  • Reviewing your current eating patterns

  • Creating realistic meal and snack ideas

  • Understanding nutrition-related lab values and risk factors

  • Developing strategies for busy workdays, travel, dining out, and family meals

  • Improving fueling around exercise and sports

  • Setting manageable nutrition goals

  • Troubleshooting barriers and adjusting your plan over time

The goal is not perfection. It is to help you build nutrition habits that support your health and still work in the context of a busy life.

At this time, my practice does not specialize in general pediatric nutrition for young children, eating disorder treatment, complex gastrointestinal conditions, renal nutrition, or enteral/tube-feeding support.

If your needs fall outside the focus of my practice, I’m happy to help point you toward a dietitian who specializes in that area so you can get the support that best fits your needs.
